Hungary should at least take into account the Commission’s preliminary recommendations before proceeding with the law dubbed "Stop Soros," Gianni Buquicchio, the Venice Commission’s president, told Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto after their meeting on Monday, 18 June.
