On the occasion of International Holocaust Remembrance Day (January 27), the Italian Coalition for Civil Rights and Freedoms (CILD) organized a conference in the Italian Senate on the extermination of the Roma people under the Nazis. In addition to historians and representatives of associations, two witnesses whose relatives were exterminated took part in the touching event. The hall was full of people and some children were in attendance.
