The post-Brexit judicial ties between the UK and the EU would still see the European Court of Justice issue binding decision on important cases in UK law, according to a legal opinion of the London government's latest proposal. Prime Minister Theresa May earlier pledged that her country will no longer be under the jurisdiction of the Court of Justice following Brexit, and this new revelation figures to cause disappointment among hard-line Brexit supporters. The proposal is particularly questionable as one of the key parts of the 'Leave' platform was regaining control over the courts.
