Associations that help the homeless families in Brussels are sounding the alarm: by the end of June, when the provision of temporary housing to the homeless comes to an end, 200 more people are at risk of becoming homeless, on the street, lacking the basic necessities to survive. This is an unacceptable situation in a democratic society that calls itself respectful of human rights and the rights of the children. Remedying this situation requires a shared political responsibility and the implementation of sustainable solutions.
