1. In the last 10 years, 300 women were killed by their partners in Croatia

10. As of January 1, 2013, Article 215a, concerning domestic violence, abuse and abusive behavior or humiliation, was removed from the criminal code and became a minor offense. In this respect, we could therefore conclude that domestic violence has been equated with parking tickets.
