InGalera (InPrison) is a really special restaurant, offering its customers the unique experience of having a gourmet dinner behind bars. InGalera is indeed based in the Milan's Bollate penitentiary - long known as an example of good correctional practices - and all the amazing food coming out from its kitchens is prepared by detainees (only the chef and maître d' live outside the prison). The pioneering project - offering inmates an invaluable work and rehabilitation opportunity - is managed by the ABC Cooperative with the support of PwC Italia. Come in for a bite!
