Protection of journalists and human rights defenders, issues related to the Internet, and incitement of hatred constitute three main freedom of expression challenges, according to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. "During upcoming sessions of the Human Rights Council and the General Assembly my Office will report on the right to privacy in the context of domestic and extraterritorial surveillance and interception of digital communications and collection of personal data," Ms. Pillay announced at the OSCE Supplementary Human Dimension Meeting held July 3-4 in Vienna.
