In Enschede, the Netherlands, protesters of the radical left-wing group Anti-Fascist Action attempted to disturb a protest by anti-Islam movement Pegida on September 17. Thirty-two people were arrested for covering their faces, prohibited possession of arms, public disturbance, sedition or inability to show identification. Except for one, all of those arrested were later released. The suspect who remains in custody was one of the speakers at the protest. He allegedly insulted and discriminated against groups of people.
