5. Is co-funding needed for the 2024 projects? |

6. What exactly does "priority" mean? Does it mean that organizations that have not participated in the Charter trainings will "automatically" score lower in each category (Relevance of the project, Design of the project...) according to the Criteria of the call, or does it mean this is relevant in the case, for example, that 2 organizations have the same total score and you have to choose one? |
Each project and part of the application is evaluated on its own merit. Priority will be given in terms of points to those organizations that are able to integrate lessons learned from the training in their Design of the project. Organizations should not be discouraged to apply if they have not attended the training in 2023 but could instead state the intention to participate in this year’s training. |
8. We are considering continuing this year's project with some amendments and improvements. Would applying with the same project for a second year make sense or would a new set of activities have a better chance? |
Organizations should present an application that is a wholesome project application as evaluators would not have access to previous projects. Organization should clearly demonstrate the relevance and needs for such activities and how they are connected to the call. Building on previous efforts should clearly be stated in the proposal. We would not have any preference; both these options are eligible for proposals. |
