A report on the Czech Republic from the US Department of State shows an increase of anti-Roma hate speech by politicians and an increase in neo-Nazi activity, including sharing lists of their enemies on the web. Roughly a third of Roma lived in ghettos in 2014, according to the report, and the number of Roma children in special schools is disproportionate to children from the majority. Roma are also found to struggle with high debt, and are easily exploited by creditors. It was also found that the media over reports crimes committed by Roma.
