Sorry, Geert: The Public Prosecution Service has dismissed his complain against the prime minister.

A public prosecutor in the Netherlands has decided not to prosecute Prime Minister Mark Rutte for discrimination. Party for Freedom leader Geert Wilders submitted a complaint against Rutte last November. He pointed out, among other things, that asylum seekers do not have to pay for medical expenses, meaning they are given preferential treatment. Wilders spoke of "criminal behaviour" by Rutte. The public prosecutor has now decided that no criminal offences occurred and also made clear that the Public Prosecution Service "is not legally authorised to prosecute government members for misconduct."
