An agreement on the bed, bath and bread arrangement for asylum seekers has been postponed. State Secretary Klass Dijkhoff told Parliament he wants to wait for the rulings of the Council of State and the Central Appeals Tribunal. The coalition disagrees on the arrangement: the VVD (Liberal Party) doesn't want to give shelter to failed asylum seekers; PvdA (Labour Party), however, does. According to Secretary Dijkhoff, there have been many talks with Dutch municipalities about, among others, the number of locations, target group and the way in which return may be facilitated.
