The Dutch cabinet doesn't want to force businesses by law to make them accessible to the disabled. "The cabinet shares the principle that there should be a progressive, gradual realization of the general accessibility to people with a disability or chronic illness," State Secretary Van Rijn writes. The House of Representatives discussed the Dutch implementation of the UN Disabilities Convention on January 14.
