Citizens, volunteers, activists and civil society organizations from 100 cities in more than 20 European countries participated last month in the European march for the rights of the refugees, advocating safe passage for all. The action was also held in the Croatian cities of Zagreb, Pula, Split and Zadar. Around 100 people marched in the center of Zagreb. They sent a message of solidarity with people who are fleeing from war and poverty by symbolically releasing of a paper boat in the city fountain Manduševac.
