An updated guide on European legislation in the field of data protection was released today, June 5, 2014, by the Fundamental Rights Agency of the European Union (FRA). The handbook covers the main legal documents applicable in the field, presents the relevant ECtHR and CJEU case law and talks about the recent CJEU judgment that invalidated the Big Brother Directive.
