As we celebrate Human Rights Day on December 10th, we are reminded of the work that activists are doing across the EU and the world to defend our rights and freedoms. And recent events in Europe, like last month’s election in the Netherlands, have reminded us of the importance of their work.

Turn heads with a new approach to campaign messaging

This course helps activists take their campaigns to the next level. The 7-module course walks you through each step of building a comprehensive, persuasive campaign narrative, beginning with an in-depth look at how and why people form opinions about issues.

The knowledge hub

The Liberties knowledge hub is a free e-learning platform for activists and campaigners working on human rights and other progressive causes. Launched last year, the knowledge hub features courses geared towards changing how campaigners shape their public-facing messaging in order to grow support for the issues they’re fighting for.

Early next year, we will launch further courses on other topics, like how to use the Charter of Fundamental Rights as a basis for litigation. All courses are video-based, each module within a course takes only about an hour to complete, and diplomas are awarded upon completion of each course.*
