The budgetary resources of the Ministry of Culture regarding non-profit media in 2016 are in fact resources provided to pay for obligations from the previous year, for programs that were agreed upon in 2015, the Centre for Peace Studies has learned from the Ministry of Culture. In other words, the ministry will not finance any new projects in the non-profit media sector this year.
