Lawyers and other professionals in the UK concerned with criminal, immigration and asylum law, and with civil liberties and human rights, are expressing their grave concern over Hungary's new laws in response to the humanitarian crisis on its borders. They also point out several violations of the Convention on Human Rights during the 500 or so prosecutions in the first two weeks after the new laws took force.
