Il numero di richiedenti asilo respinti allontanati dall'Olanda dovrebbe aumentare, secondo il Segretario di Stato per la Sicurezza e Giustizia Klaas Dijkhoff. Meno del 50% dei richiedenti asilo respinti lascia al momento il paese, volontariamente o involontariamente. Gli operatori del DTV, incaricati di seguire le procedure, dovrebbero - tra le altre cose - utilizzare tecniche di intervista più rigorose per motivare i migranti irregolari a lasciare l'Olanda. I migranti che partono volontariamente ricevono fino a 1.750 euro, oltre ad un biglietto aereo, in sostegno alla loro reintegrazione.
