L'Istituto Olandese per la Documentazione sulla Guerra collaborerà con alcune istituzioni dell'Est e Sud Europa per rendere accessibili gli archivi dell'Olocausto. Nuovi partner in Bulgaria, Romania, Lettonia, Italia e Grecia renderanno disponibili questi archivi. L'UE elargisce un finanziamento del valore di 8 milioni di euro per l'ampliamento dello European Holocaust Research Infrastructure (EHRI), un progetto che offre accesso digitale agli archivi e alle raccolte sull'Olocausto - il sistematico sterminio di milioni di ebrei durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale.
