I cittadini di Sarajevo stanno cercando di salvare il Prim.dr.Abdulah Nakaš General Hospital dalla fusione programmata con il Centro Clinico Universitario - passaggio che porterebbe alla chiusura dell'ospedale. Gli attivisti mettono in guardia sul fatto che le autorità vogliono chiudere l'ospedale per privatizzarlo, il che ridurrebbe le già insufficienti strutture ospedaliere e creerebbe liste di attesa per esami e terapie ancora più lunghe. L'agenzia informativa Patrija ha riportato che i medici sono stati obbligati a firmare una "richiesta spontanea" di trasferimento in un altro ospedale.
