La commissione che esamina in che misura occorra punire chi aiuta con l'eutanasia le persone senza disturbi fisici - ma che considerano la loro vita finita - non ritiene siano urgenti dei cambiamenti. La Cooperation Last Will (CLW) non abbandona la battaglia. "Se non riusciamo a garantire i narcotici come ultima volontà dei nostri membri, faremo in modo di raccogliere le pillole senza un medico," ha dichiarato il segretario Gert Rebergen. CLW sceglie la disobbedienza civile supportando le persone che vogliono porre fine alle loro vite. Quindi, CLW spera di arrivare in tribunale.
