L'impossibilità di accedere ad un interprete o al sostegno legale sono tra le più comuni irregolarità rilevate dai legali della Polish Helsinki Foundation (HFHR) durante il monitoraggio delle procedure di rimpatrio forzato. "Gli stranieri spesso non vengono informati della loro posizione giuridica e non ricevono informazioni sufficienti sui dettagli del loro rimpatrio," ha affermato la legale di HFHR Marta Górczyńska. La Polish Helsinki Foundation ha anche riportato casi di stranieri che non comprendevano né gli agenti della Polizia di Frontiera né i documenti che erano obbligati a firmare.
