Gli ospedali psichiatrici giudiziari italiani (OPG) avrebbero dovuto chiudere mesi fa. Non è stato così ed è questa la ragione per cui centinaia di persone detenute negli OPG ha firmato un'istanza per denunciare la loro detenzione illegittima - vale a dire sequestro - da parte dello stato italiano. L'Associazione L'Altro Diritto ha già raccolto ben 109 denunce. Questo significa che quasi la metà della popolazione presente in OPG - al momento pari a 226 persone - lamenta la violazione dei propri diritti costituzionali. Queste persone non possono essere ignorate.
