1 października 2015 r. holenderski Rzecznik Praw Dziecka, Marc Dullaert, został przewodniczącym Europejskiej Sieci Rzeczników Praw Dziecka (ENOC). Decyzja zapadła jednogłośnie głosami 42 rzeczników praw dziecka z 32 krajów podczas corocznej konferencji ENOC w Edynburgu. "Szczególnie teraz, gdy Unia Europejska inicjuje ambitne plany reform do 2020 roku, przewodnictwo to jest dobrą okazją do umieszczenia praw dzieci w centrum uwagi" - stwierdził Rzecznik Praw Dziecka, Marc Dullaert.
